ADU Construction

We completed the full construction of a 1050 sq ft accessory dwelling unit designed for multi-tenant or family rental use. The build focused on durability, efficiency, and long-term performance.

Site Modification & Preparation

The project required closing out the existing pool area to create a suitable foundation for the ADU. This step ensured proper site conditions for a stable and long-lasting build.

Layout & Space Planning

The layout was designed to include three bedrooms and two bathrooms, maximizing rental appeal and usability. Each space was planned to support comfort and functionality.
