This Mather ADU project features a fully custom-built 1200 sq ft, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit designed as the homeowner’s primary residence. The strategy behind the project was to allow the homeowner to live in the ADU while renting out the main house, creating a strong income-generating setup.

In addition to the ADU construction, we also completed exterior painting on the main home to visually match the new build, creating a cohesive and upgraded property.
