750 Sq Ft ADU Construction

We built a complete 750 sq ft ADU designed around its intended use as a rental property. The layout provides enough space for comfortable everyday living while maintaining an efficient footprint.

Two-Bedroom Layout

The ADU includes two dedicated bedrooms, providing flexibility for tenants and making the space suitable for a range of living arrangements.

Full Bathroom
